Collin Noronha

Collin is a CRM and ERP specialist focused on Enterprise Services Delivery. He is specialized in the functionality and management of a broad array of packaged software implementations for both CRM and ERP. He is considered an integration expert based on his deep experience with Siebel, SAP R/3 and other packaged software.
Prior to founding Clytan in 2002, Collin spent 11 years with the technology practice of Deloitte Consulting, most recently as a senior manager. Under his leadership, Deloitte Consulting set up the CRM practice in Canada and their training centre in the Middle East. Collin is also attributed for leading and implementing among the biggest and most complex CRM and ERP projects for Deloitte in Canada, the United States and Internationally.
Collin has worked extensively with the Ontario Public Sector, especially with the Management Board Secretariat and the Ministry of Environment, apart from others. Through his thought leadership he has developed and presented several CRM strategies and business models to make effective use of service deliveries in the OPS.
Collin has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Post Diploma in Systems Management, Post Diploma in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Science.
